There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges on one-of-a-kind jewelry or art pieces, or sale items, but we will allow the apparel and shoes to be returned providing, the purchased product is returned in its original state (no damage) and packaging. There will be a 10% restock fee applied upon return.
STARTING RETURN PROCESS
- Since RUNNING OUT OF TIME is an E-Commerce business, we ask that when returning any products that you may be dissatisfied with to proceed with the following Policy to ensure we are compliant with our Mission Statement and ensure that YOU as our customer/client receive the best seamless experience.
- To start your return, please go online to the company website at www.runningoutoftimellc.com and select the returns management system to begin the return process. If you are unsure where this is located just talk to one of our live Chat agents who will be more than happy to assist with any questions you have along the way.
- A digital copy of a receipt will also be required. Which would be the confirmation invoice, received upon your initial purchase. So please save this!
- Please provide us with a detailed description on the reason for your return (Ex. wrong size, damaged, wrong product).
STATE OF RETURN
- When returning product, we do ask that the product is returned in pristine, new condition, with all the tags intact.
- If you are returning your order via USPS we recommend purchasing a Return Receipt Request for each package.
REFUND
- Our Customer/client will receive their refund by credit or by the original form of payment method that was used.
- Your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
